I have applied for the tower installation and they asked me for the 6500 rupees as the registration and agreement fee and said 6000 will be refunded in 20 minutes, I didn’t paid all the money, But I paid the 500 rupees as the registration fee.Then they are forcing me to pay the remaining amount after sending me the agreement.
