Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Narayanan, Serving in Central government employee, Chennai. I travelled on tour package to Kashmir through Mr Asikali (Staff of M/s Fine Yathra Tours and Travels, #769,Spencer Plaza, P-1, First floor, Shop No 30, Mount Road, Anna Salai, Chennai-600002: email: info@yatrafine.com Ph:044-43568000 and Branch address M/s Fine Yathra Tours and Travels, No 2/1 OCF Road, Avadi, Chennai-54). During the trip my 04 years old daughter fell ill and no proper medical attention/ facility was provided by the tour management (My Daughter Medical certificate attached). In spite of repeated request, the tour organiser Mr. Asikali was reluctant to help. So I was forced to book the return flight tickets on emergency basis and reach back Chennai for further medical management. The total cost of the trip Rs 81,009/- (paid to the Tour Manager Mr.Eliyaas R(9840816508 Gpay Number of M/s Fine Yathra Tours and Travels) bearing transaction references No

Mr Asikali had promised that the charges of the return flight ticket Rs 35,906/- will be reimbursed within 3-5 working days. I return back 26 Nov 2022. (Flight tickets and my invoice copy attached) It has been more than 100 days now still Mr Asikali (Staff of M/s Fine Yathra Tours and Travels & Mr Eliyaas Tour Manager) has not returned the fare amount, and No proper response from them, in view of the above I request your good self take necessary action and help me to get my amount back. For your kind action please.
