Kesavi tour and travel took a advance of sixty thousand rupees for Bhutan trip before lockdown and gave a credit note because of lockdown. It has been two years, now their Mumbai office is shut and the operators in Gujarat do not answer our calls. They have shared incorrect details of other tour packages and we simply requested them to refund the base amount amount because we can’t wait anymore it’s already 2 years. It’s a lot of mental torture. Even now he asked who did u call last 2 years share screenshots etc, and then hung up the phone and then responded to my other call and accepted there was a mistake but cannot give refund. We can’t go through this mental torture.
