On 30th Nov 2022, I Booked a tour for 19th Dec 2022 for Sikkim and Darjeeling from Company “Craft me trip”.

I had given advance payment of 20,000/-, and for ask them to share hotel booking details and after several reminders agent share all 4 hotels details with booking ID, they told to provide vehicle and driver details 2-3 days before of travelling, while calling on 16 Dec to get driver details, Agent ask for balance payment.

Before making any payment, I call all hotels to confirm booking and I was shocked that all booking is cancelled by agent.

Than agent told me If you will not make complete payment, we are unable to continue your trip and refund your money, but till date no refund is process by them and not pick my calls.

Kindly help me to refund my money back
