On 26th December 2022, I booked a tour and travel to Manali. We were three people and the total amount of the travel was Rs. 22,000.
On 28th December, we were supposed to take the bus from Delhi but the company, “craft me trip” asked us to complete the payment. We had to give an advance payment of 12,000 which we already did while booking but the agent asked for all the money and since we couldn’t understand what else to do, we gave the money. Later that day, he again called and said that we need to book our tickets on our own since he can’t contact the vendors.
And from that time, he hasn’t picked our calls, taken all our money and left us hanging. I am a college student and the amount is too much for me and the mental torture that I had to bear is far beyond.
I want my all money back and I would also like to request a compensation for the travel I did to Delhi and for all the mental harassment.
