Hi this is regards to a trip which i was about to book with Travel triangle thru one of their agent J sqaure holidays.
I paid the initial token and before they could start the booking i told them to hold on. the invoice they had sent me clearly states this is just a quote and not a confirmation of booking or reservation made. now when i am asking for a refund they are stating me the cancellation policy and up on asking for a credit note they are asking me to get in touch with the travel agent. I paid the money to Travel triangle, all i am asking them is to issue e a credit note which they are passing the buck on to the travel agent.
