I approached Pushpam Holidays Mumbai run by Abhishek Kotwal for one of my friend who wanted to visit Rajasthan in the month of Dec-2022 (dates 23rd Dec till 30th Dec).
Abhishek Kotwal first asked to make full payment for the tour after sharing the itinerary. After sharing with my friend, he transferred the entire package amount to me and further I transferred only 90% of the amount to Pushpam Holidays Mumbai (Abhishek Kotwal). He didn’t book any of the hotels, flights shared in itinerary.
On 21st Dec he informs that he is not well and hospitalized, unable to execute the entire tour. I asked him to refund the entire transferred amount for the tour and from then (21st Dec) till today which is almost 2 weeks, he has not transferred the amount nor picking my call. His mobile is also switched off.
Please help to get the full tour amount back to me immediately.
