I placed an order on totalshoppingcart on 31/05/2020 for a pack of 3 shirts costing INR 1099. I am trying to contact the merchant but the mail is bouncing on all email IDs provided on the website and there is no phone number to contact. I checked the transaction details and found that the account registered with PayU money is under the name of Ankit Jain. This is some scam run by him. Please help me to gte my refund.
