I have ordered ZEBRONICS Zeb-Sunshine 60 W Bluetooth Home Theatre which was delivered on 9th Nov 2023. After opening the package I realised that its totally used product I have received.
1) All the units have small and big scratches.
2) The Subwoofer have broken sunmica too.
3) There are no warranty card or company booklets are present in the box.
4) There are no proper thermocol as well.
5) The Remote is totally different shown in the website and its tapped with a black tap there for its not supporting to the model which I have ordered.
Seems like The seller tried to fraud me. Although the seller had 5 star ratings.
I have total of 4 replacement requests. First three request was rejected due to not able to upload the pictures. When ever I was trying to upload the pics it say something went wrong please try again later.
I was chasing customer care so many times but they dont have proper reply to this issue.
They dont even provide me a flipkart mail Id so that I can forward the pics and videos related to this order.
On my last replacement requests some how I was able to upload the pics with pdf format.
Till now I am wondering why my last request was rejected.
After chasing so many times I got this mail id to share my whole issue. Not sure whether this mail anyone seen or not.
