I booked my package 30 Jan 2023 on thrillophillia of 25th feb.My assistant don,t tell me that there are no flight tickets nor her itinerary which send on WhatsApp and on very next night I have a doubt so I called her on morning and she don,t pick my call and I called her again and again but she not pick,i also text her on WhatsApp but no reply so at evening I called there queries number and they told me that there are no flight tickets.So i asked them change my package,so they say they are contacting that travel assistant and my whole day waste and they are fooling around by giving that silly answers and on next day I raised ticket but they also doing the same thing. I called more than 9 times a day but they have no solution till now day,only we are connecting to that team and from today evening that person I talked from raise ticket also make his calls forward to switch off number.So i really need a refund.
