Dear all,
I am one of the Airtel customer past 10 to 15 years. In my smartphone I had installed Airtel thanks app….
Through that app try to transfer the money to some one or account from wallet it’s shows only Airtel payment bank account holder only possible…so 10 days before I went to nearest Airtel showroom in OMR,okkiyam thoraipakkam,Chennai. And given all detail and paid 50 rubees for account opening charge.
That showroom person told with 2 hour or with in a day will activate.but till now not yet activated . Enquire with show guys day by day but telling silly reason and told forward to backend team tomorrow will solved so many tomorrow gone but till now not yet solve my problem.Even I had share my error screenshot and again my adhar photo also my pancard photo but till now problem not yet solve .
How many days or how many month will take to opening one account from ur side????.this kind of survice ur providing to customer I m totall fetup With ur service.
If you can’t help customer means tell me openly I ll quit myself and change some other good network and go.why u guy cheating the customer like we are the best service provider will become zero complaint .
You can’t give solution even Simple account opening then how u solve customer other queries and issue.
Better return my account opening charge and I had paid extra money to load wallet .at least do this . otherwise leave it all.
Keep doing like this will become world number one network???
