We had booked Zing Bus from Jalandhar to Amritsar to Gurgaon, we felt that the AC of the bus was not working when I went to tell the bus staff about it they were all drinking, on my request they switched it off. turned on After a while the AC stopped again so when I informed them they started arguing with us and threatened to get us off the bus. And also threatened that this is no Amritsar and not to be under any illusion, after the intervention of other passengers they changed our seat. Our main complaint is about the drinking and abuse and threats by the bus staff in the bus.
