I had placed an order on Meesho for Stylish fashion printed rayon kurti Pallazos, seller KGN Fashion on 30th july 2023. it was a prepaid order and I had paid Rs. 323 for the same. But I received a different product, which was an old, crumpled and worn out kurta of same seller on 5th August 23. I created return request for the product but my product was not picked up and my return request got cancelled by Meesho so many times.
When I contacted Meesho customer care they said your product won’t get returned and you will not get any refund and also said that according to their records correct product was sent to me. But I received wrong product. They didn’t even register my complaint.
Kindly help me in returning this product and getting my refund.
