I had ordered an USHA Mixer grinder vide Order ID: OD329348447176190100. It was a surprise gift for my parents with open box delivery from Flipkart. As my parents are senior citizen, couldn’t recognize the item through packaging box definition. Instead of the Mixer Grinder, an USHA electric iron received. My parents shared the OTP with the delivery person & unknowingly; what was actually the item to be delivered; accepted the different electric iron.
I raised the the concern to Flipkart on the very same day & but on utmost surprise the return was rejected. Again I raised the concern on Flipkart but the same is rejected again.
As it was an open box delivery, Flipkart could have verified the images submitted by me with the images submitted by the delivery person. Every time customer service executive assures “Resolution will be given”. But unfortunately simply a verdict comes out “REJECTED” as a resolution without contacting the customer.
