Paid the total settlement dues before the deadline. But still RBL asking me to pay 15k more. My total outstanding was 60k. Settlement locked on 48k. Settlement generated on 15th June. I have paid 12004 rupees on 10th June.
In settlement letter it was mentioned that my total outstanding 60k. How’s that possible. It should be 48k. Settlement should be calculated on 48k. Why they didn’t adjusted my payment of 10th June in total 60k?
Fraudsters.. Thers are few points from my side. Coming to point#2
Rohit from RBL called me on 10th June. He convinced me to make the first installment of 12k on the same day. He said it will be adjusted in your settlement. But now [email protected] is saying it will not come under settlement again n again via mail.
Now I want to ask a simple qn to them. Who the hell was he (Rohit)? He was your representative. I have done what he told me to do. Now after 31st August customer care is saying that your settlement is broken now. Wtf is this man? Are you people out of mind or what?
Paid 12004+1000+35000 = 48004
