I requested for airtel broadband disconnection and they asked me to pay the outstanding amount so that we can do the process, I did that and even then I am not able to remove the broadband from ‘airtel home’.
I called the customer care n number of times saying I am able to remove it because still it’s showing outstanding in the airtel app. So they asked me to mail them with a screenshot which I did and I have been doing the same from past 1 and half month….
I literally left all my work n kept calling these customer people and they were saying I will escalate it…. this is going on from past 1 n half month….totally fed up with this customer service people… literally they were fooling n torturing the customers.
i called them n number of times regarding the same issue and these people were like chaltha hai.
