Dear Sirs,
After watching your fake advertisements which claim an office like speed at home.
I disabled my local broadband service and opted for airtel services.
Honestly speaking this was the worst decision of my life.
For last one week I have been facing internet speed issues and since yesterday it is totally shut.
I tried to reach through airtel all which came up with a sorry message and that is it.
The finally I managed to get the complaint number. I called up three times and stayed for hold and getting connected to the representative is already a torture due to long waiting time and ivr process.
It was a working day for me for which I have been marked as absent from office duties.
Till now I have not delivered my work as it is still shut.
I first spoke to airtel representative Mr Anand who assured my high priority technical support but nothing happened.
Next I had word with someone at around 6:20 pm I forgot the name.
Again after a long wait I called up at around 8:15 pm and had word with Nishant and paramnanad yadav who told be to be supervisor.
It was an harassment to stay on call for an hour and that too with zero output.
My employer is yelling at me for the delayed delivery of work.
In the morning I again called up and was over the call for around an hour.
Again lost my mental cool and received nothing but higher level of frustration.
If everytime the technical glitch is going to take two working days… how would I compensate the loss.
I m sorry I can’t afford such expensive service provider where cost is my mental peace and who knows it becomes a threat to my job too if it gets repeated once more.
If there is anything in your capacity pls help.
I expect a decision that favors me otherwise i m feeling cheated and harassed by airtel.
Fake promises!
