Indiabulls(Dhani) company is doing fraud through their Dhani pay freedom card as I have paid all my first emi . Then suddenly one day on January 2022, their app is showing full amount to pay. From that day, they have started applying interest charges on full amount of 75k which is totally wrong due to their policy of three emis. Now they are continuously calling & harassing me.
As I have mailed so many times to them to give solution related to this. But no solution they are giving. They want their money in an instant.

As I have told them that it’s not possible for me to pay at an instant & why they are applying interest on total due amount without coming third emi due date. But they don’t have any answer on this.

I have also told that convert my full amount into monthly emis as like in credit card of any bank as it’s also a prepaid card. But they are also not agreed. Just harassing me on call.

Now they have started sending me legal notice messages. I am feared about this may be their agents will come & they will threaten to my family members.

Thus plzz help me related to this & ask them right solution behind this so that I could pay in an easy manner in monthly emis as I have to pay loan emis as well & my wife is pregnant.
