Text of Complaint by MOHAMED:

i disconnected my hathway broadband 1 year before.. after disconnecting my marketing people called me I Replied them to close my account.. They told me or faked me to pay some amount… I paid the same.. This happened for 3 months.. I also paid… But till now I am receiving calls to renew.. Now at present they are saying to return my modem or else I have to pay the modem cost. . I don’t have their modem.. It’s lost somewhere.. Hathway is worst service I ever seen.. They don’t have a proper call centre to guide and service people.. Those have a mobile can easily call people and ask for renewal and fake people..
