Hello,
I had done a payment against my electricity bill on 10/11/2020.
As per details reflecting in bank statement the transaction details are, amount deducted – rs.1900,
Narration – [Dear Customer, accXXX937 has been debited for rs1900.00 on 10-Nov-20 to word link billdesk@hdfcbank.UPI Ref no 031506995381] .
The amount has been debited from my Icici bank account but transaction has been shown as unsuccessful. Request you to kindy help to reverse back the amount to my account.
