i am user of torrent power service#13276273129 location bhiwandi. Recently i face issue with high electricity bill from torrent power and i am not using that much electricity. if you see my last 1 year bill it would less then 50 rs and now suddenly in July month i got bill 4000* rs and in Aug month in 15 day i verified my meter unit shows more then 500 unit added. i give complaint to torrent power to fix this but no one responding properly. i also told then the issue seems because of multiple MCB attached into my meter box. but no one taking care of that. i called customer care multiple time and asked for solution but no one providing me the current action. i told them i cant pay that much huge bill now. but they are saying “meter me reading aaya ta bharna padega”. but if because of MCB fault and cross connection this happened then this should be take care by torrent.
