Torrent power is the most mismanaged and fraudulent electricity company in India. There have been numerous complaints provided by email, website, phone yet there is no resolution to this complaint.
Torrent power has been advised that we do not live at the Address at siddhivinayak society, in Kalher Bhiwandi. Yet they keep on charging the bill to us. I have now filed an official complaint, using the website www.pgportal.gov.in Department of administrative reforms and public grievances. I have also decided that if they do not disconnect my meter, I will file a criminal case against the area manager of Torrent power, Bhiwandi.
