Text of Complaint by Ankita Sharma:

I have received a COD parcel from Ethnic Bazaar on 07/09/2023, but i did not place any order.
I denied to accept parcel from delivery guy then he was saying ok but you have to tell me OTP which you received on your mobile no. For cancellation the product.
I am very much sure this is fraud and deny to give otp but he becomes rude then i have to give him rupeees for product and open the parcel in front of him then only 1 piece of torn cloth from the parcel.
He said i am just a delivery guy if you want to complain then do complain to Delhivery Company, i am just working .
Then i reached the website any download its App also of Delhivery but there is no option to call customer care…atleast they should provide the no. Of customer care
