my base plan of jio for Rs 209 was expired on 1 august after which i had recharge my jio number with top up of Rs 50 from phone pe after doing sucessfull recharge i am unable to do any call .
I contacted to jio customer they replied me if I recharge with 199 base plan i can use my Rs50 top up balance .Here is one problem i will recharge my number with Rs 199 i will get unlimited call facility than how the recharge will get used . however, in the the section of top up recharge company doesn’t provide the full information of top balance eg. how can i use this top up balance or where i can use it .I belongs to the family of famers there is no use of international call from my side and now my money got traped . respose from customer care is vey poor, unfriendly thier reponse is we are not the policy maker for the company now where in this situtation where can poor person go . this company using a lack of information technique to trap money of people of india
