I am writing to you today to complain about the harassment that I have been experiencing from your company. I took out a loan from toop loan company on [12-05-23], and I have been making my payments on time. However, I have been receiving harassing phone calls and text messages from your agents.
On [19-05-2023], I received a phone call from a man named [top loan agent] who demanded very much extra amount. He was very aggressive and threatening, and he said that he would your contacts list number sent photo and videos . I was very scared, and I hung up the phone.
I have also been receiving text messages from agents. The messages are very rude and threatening, and they are making me feel very stressed and anxious.
I am requesting that you stop contacting me in a harassing manner. I am already to pay my loan, but I will not do so if I continue to be harassed.
