I had ordered A2 (18*24) photo frames on 3 August 2025. (thefreakykart.com) in this website. They said they will send it after 3/4 days but it has been 7 days and I have not received any update. There is a WhatsApp number on their website for contact, so I contacted them on that number. no one is responding to me. I contacted them on their email ID & social media also and I am messaging them repeatedly but no one is responding. And checking the order status shows only processing order. Please help me, how can I get refund my money?
