a. Undersigned try to charge / top up my BSNL mobile No.9406353577 on 6.7.21 through on-line.

b. An amount of Rs. 115/- deducted from my SBI account No.30031946786 vide its Ref. No/ Cheque No is 1490141375 IGALLWEPH4 dtd. 6.7.21

c. Till time neither the above said amount re-charged nor any information from Respondent.

This is requesting here to refund the above said amount Rs.115/- at the earliest and take necessary action against the party M/s  INB PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD.
