I bought fire bolt brand watch from amazon which got damaged first time.
Then I returned the watch to Amazon under 7 days return policy. Got a replacement from amazon which got damaged after 2 months. My watch was under warranty for 1 year so I mailed to fire bolt help desk many times no solution is coming from that too, just wait, wait, they are speaking. After all this I gave 1 star rating on amazon. When I gave that rating, then I get calls again and again from a senior coordinator of Fire Bolt. And that lady pressured me to change the rating to 4 stars and also change the review and that lady’s name is Mandavi dubey. This lady told me in a message on WhatsApp that I will send you replace watch, but you have to change the rating. And then after I changed the rating this lady has neither received my call nor is returning my watch or replying. And I have proof of everything this lady said
This people were in such a hurry to get a watch from me, but when it comes to giving a watch, this people are not supporting at all and this’s senior coordinator talked to me because i put bad rating on his page. They pressured me to change the rating on the assurance that we will replace your watch as your watch is under warranty. But ever since I gave a good rating, her behavior has also changed, she neither picks up my calls nor replies, this is the service of people they give me? every day I am hearing that it will be late, it will be late, when will they give me back my watch. this guys what want me that I put a bad rating about them everywhere so that the customer becomes aware of this company and does not buy anything from this? I am tired of getting mail everyday please help me
