Text of Complaint by Rajani Soni:

I am writing this mail to inform or complain about the issue which I am facing currently.
My husband (Vikas Soni) number 8019177761 has been blocked earlier because of the payment due, and this happened because of the wrong payment statement, as my husband is in dubai since Nov 2020. He wasn’t able to connect with you, so I was keep calling to your customer department and asked many time to send the correct bill so that we will pay but no one helped us, finally after few months one of your customer executive name Mamtha approached him and corrected the bill amount and she promised us that once we made the the payment after 10 working days Sim will be activated.
Now it’s more than 1 month (approx 45 days), there is no update, Mamtha does not have a proper answer. no one is helping us. I am a working woman. I cant run office to office, My husband is sitting in Dubai does mean these guys are allowed to do fascism with him. He is in need of that sim activation as all the bank accounts linked to it.
It’s my humble request to take this as a highest priority and fix it asap.
