I paid ₹2828 for my broadband installation. The customer service guy asked me to pay on Airtel verified link, I paid. Then the customer service guy ghosted me, no broadband was set up and Airtel is not giving me my refund and only asking for 7 days 7 days. I’m so frustrated for this fraud!
