Text of Complaint by Ashok gulati:

I did a ₹455 recharge on 6th of December its 9th today and they are still saying recharge is in process when i try to contact customer care they don’t let me talk to any of the executive all they say is you don’t have balance. I wrote 10 to 11 mails but didn’t got any reply. This is how they value their customers. They are not refunding my money too, over that asking for recharging again in their app. Who will give justice to a customer when no one is there to listen to him .
