Text of Complaint by Chinthulal V S:

I initiated a request for broadband connection by 2 Aug 2022 by arround 11.40am.
The sales person contacted and asking for the same day evening for installation.
Also ask to pay the amount.
I paid 2828.46Rs.
Now there is no response from the Airtel.
I have attached the status of my application.
