Hi all, I took a loan from Mpokket of 9 thousand which is overdue as I was facing health issues and not aware of it. As I checked the overdue is too much I asked them in multiple times to reduce my penalty and keep penalty a minimal amount still no resolution provided. I have all my reports and as I was facing health issues due to a abuse I have my case file aswell. The penalty is way much and I want to close my loan account please reduce my penalty i cannot pay this amount
