I am very upset with the jio service ,it’s getting worse day by day and jio is not paying any concern interest ,internet speed is too slow that many a times light apps like whatsapp does’nt works,customer care agents always repeat the script that ,,”they are working and can’t commit a date”,moreover now a days it’s unable to call to customer care services due to software fault from jio side..

please do something  as soon as possible,,,,due to this I am facing huge difficulties ,I am a university student many of mine online courses are getting loss ,it’s basically the problem of location that I already informed to jio but no step has been taken .Please help me in resolving this.
