Respected Sir/Ma’am,
Unintentionally while doing the process without any confirmation 13000 loan amount with 129% per annum i received from “True Balance” app, so with immediate action i raised the complaint to customer care, they are not responding and not closing.
Finally they saying for 13000 within 3 months 19 days i need to 19704 rupees.. as a consumer i am feeling fully depression.
Kindly take this complaint and do the needful to us…
