Text of Complaint by MRUGESH BELAWALA:

WE WERE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL 1ST COMPLAINT ON 22ND JULY 2021 ABOUT OUR BROADBAND SERVICE (A/C NO. 7038762563. THE INTERNET CONNECTION WAS TOTALLY OFF AND THE ROUTER DID NOT WORK. THEY REPLIED THAT OUR CONNECTION WILL BE RECOVER BEFORE 27TH JULY. FROM THAT DAY TO STILL TODAY OUR CONNECTION DOES NOT WORK. WE WERE CALLED AND EMAILED TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY ACTION. WE ARE FACING HUGE PROBLEMS.
