I have been complaining to jio Customer care since a week that i was facing a severe problem off toooo lo2 connectivity of Internet. They are saying as the place where i was had many users and facing this problem and we will resolve it. But days were going on and no resolution for my problem. I recharged my mobile on 26 for 498 plan so i want to cancel it or i need a urgent resolution for my problem. Thank you
