Sir/Madam
I have submitted my request on 20th March 2020 to change the Electricity Meter category from Commercial to Residential on 20th March 2020, Request No – 008004420007. The concerned department yet not convert the category of meter also send me bill of Rs. 3760/- till 16th July 2020 as per commercial calculation.
After the twice visit of BSES office at Greater Kailash- II and mailed to BSES officer – Mr. Nagendra Shekhar on the date 8th of August and 13th of August, but the department does not take any action against my request and again sent me a new bill Rs. 7060/- till 16th August 2020.
After the conversation with an executive of BSES customer care services, they have given reason after and before the lockdown period and of course which is not our fault.
