Reached bonguluru toll plaza, toll plaza guy told not enough balance in fastag but we showed our fastag amount, which has excess amount. Still he was not convinced and there is issue with their scanner and shouted on us and demanding for double amount. He behaved badly and started using cuss words. It is intolerable and he seems drunk. Take appropriate action on them
