Hi,
Last month I have seen the bill fir my number 8981284926 and noticed that i was charged for the US toll free number where my other colleagues using airtel and other services postpaid and prepaid networks were not charged for the same.
This month again i have received a bill of Rs1300 where i was expecting bill of Rs350. I have been charged for International calls to USA, Canada where my outgoing calls were suspended since more than a month. And now, my incoming calls have also been suspended.
This is very cheap gesture from airtel to charge for the toll free numbers and suspend outgoing calls at the time when i needed it the most as i am stuck far away from my family due to pandemic coronavirus. I am disappointed using the same and wanted to escalate this to the highest level possible.
