When i had booked a cab it was showing 574/- ride fare + 50/- toll fees so by seeing it i booked the cab. When i took the ride route was different captain took us on nice road. As a customer needs to pay the toll fees which is 50/- as the booking details, but driver asked me to pay 180/- toll fees off line. And after completing ride i paid only 572/- ride fare. So i only supposed to pay 50/- as toll fees but i paid 180/- so i requested 130/- of refund. Rapido is not ready to pay me back. Saying toll fees completely customer charges i accept that but when i booked it was only 50/- shown me so why did i need to remaining 130/-?
