Few days back I have tofel ibt test at 4:10 pm. I have all set t write the exam and also all process also done the exam who is going to checking person all have checked my laptop if I have using any software to cheat but they not found and confirm that I am not using any thing but I want enter to start exam they will pop a message our using a unpermitted software using in your laptop but it isa brand new laptop so I want money back or give another chance to retake exam with any paying extra money
