Dear Sir, today morning I received an SMS from VI tune activation, which is not activated by my side. This is an regular practice from Vodafone idea company. It’s our humbled request you to please penalized the company and also make an example to other companies and customers. So that non of the company do again this type of fraud with customers. This is mine second complaint to VI company . Please charge heavy penalty and return to me.
