Today I deposited 2000 rupees in binomo but amount not reflected to my app so I ask and email them they said they rejected and amount will be credited after that they want me to go to bank and have a letter sign my bank authority that the transaction were made

I uploaded the bank statement of depositing 2000 rupees but they still want me to go to bank and have a sign that the transaction were made they actually harrassing me I had many things to do it’s there fault I uploaded the bank statement
