Today ( 21th Jan 19 ) @ 23.30 pm I have talk with your Customer Care executive Mr.rohit ranjan ( Ahmedabad) for deduction my account balance…but he has answer me for its company policy …so I sad I have change company from airtel to Vodafone..because Vodafone does not deduct any charges ..but I m interested airtel because I have use this number since last 9 years and your executive easily say if you have change company I dont mind…and his behaviour is very bad…so please my humbled request to teach your executive how to care customer…i don’t like behaviour of Mr.Rohit Ranjan…if you doing job with customer care so please take care of customr…i m waiting your reply
