Regarding fine in my payment postpaid. I want to reduce the but they are not helping me with this. As i am ready to pay double the amount which i have taken but they are threatening me to pay all the amount they. Please help me to get reduce the fine they chaged so that i can pay the amount.
Amount i have taken was rs 500.
They are asking rs 3800.
