An SMS came to me via Instagra with some of tasks to get my money in my account so I did as it was said to me I went to the link like that pic took a screenshot of that and send this on their link after that my account was credited for 150rs but now my account has been frozen now I’m unable to make any financial transactions with my account

I’m an account holder of Union Bank of India my saving account nu. is 411702120002862 branch Rotaha district bhadohi since last 4 years and I used good sevice of financial transactions with my account in this bank but I’m in trouble for 3 months actually my account has been frozen when I went to bank then bank employees are saying that it is showing cyber crime on your account go to cyber cell police station please help I want to unfreeze my account so that I may use financial transactions again in future
