I took a loan on cashtower on 17 sept 2022 4500 rupee ,instantly without any information they credited in my account 2600 tenure provide 7 days without any details so I pay all 4500 amonut withing evening but app is not showing paid I call customer care I tell them I paid they said okay app is running slow it will be updated now they continue threatening me to pay again the all amount I provide all the details of payment . I provide again and again all the details After they again and again threatening mentally again saying repay the amount , no customer services
