Text of Complaint by Prof. Nitin Suba:

I changed my phone. Then to order something i tried to log into my Amazon account. It asked for either registered email or phone number. I entered registered email nitin.suba@gmail.com and then attempted couple of passwords that didn’t work.

Then I clicked “forgot password” option and again it asked me for either registered email or phone number. I entered registered email nitin.suba@gmail.com. The next screen showed that the OTP to reset password is sent on my old number 9409404509. I don’t use this number anymore.

I tried the aforementioned process second time but the result was the same.

Then i called customer care and expressed my issue. She responded with mail explaining process and link to reset password. I tried but the OTP again goes to 9409404509.

I called again after an hour, she responded and assured me for solution but there was no development.

I called third time after an hour but the executive showed her inability to resolve this issue and handed it over to Madhavi madam who then talked for over 40 minutes but didn’t provide the solution on the ground that i am not providing the expiry date of my saved sbi debit card.

During this third call of over 50 minutes i was asked many questions as if I am some one not trustworthy and trying to breach in something. Though understanding the professionalism i gave all the answers except the expiry date of my debit card.

If needed i can give the recording also. I know that i have given all the information truely.

Its been over a week but they are not giving any solution.
