My Tata Play subscriber id is 1302864598 and box id is 0988.
I have upgraded HD Box to Tata Play Binge Box on 26.02.2023.
The binge box that the technician installed at my place has “Tata Sky” written on it instead of “Tata Play”.
When I asked this to the technician at the time of Binge Box upgrade/installation, he told me that “Tata Play” was not written in the Binge Box. Which is wrong (I noticed later when I checked online on Tata Play site).
Regarding this, I have registered many complaints to the customer care from 27/02/2023 to 01/03/2023. But no action has been taken so far.
There should be 22 apps installed in the Binge box but only 13 apps are installed in my Binge box. 9 Apps not seen in this box & don’t even know which app they are.
It is requested to kindly:
1. My Tata Sky Binge Box should be replaced by Tata Play Binge Box.
2. All the apps are not running in my Binge box, for that all the apps should be started after checking with the technician
